I was in Target the other day and came across this Children's liquid Advil medicine, it was a great sale so I picked some up. I briefly glanced at the flavor which is usually Bubblegum or Grape but this was new- Blue Raspberry. I thought, what the heck, we'll try it.
For some reason my kids often come down with colds, or my son is teething and is clingy fussy, running a fever...- that's when I know it's time to break out the meds.
So I cracked open the bottle, filled the dropper to the designated dose, according to the label and waited to see their response, Was I going to get a face full of "blue" (yes this medicine is a bright blue! Keep it away from the clothes!)?
I watched anxiously as my child swallowed- her eyes lit up and she smiled. "It's yummy", she said- there you go, 'nough said - out of the mouth of babes. It is after all their medicine right, so what better critic than your kid?
I decided to taste this "yummy" medicine myself and have to say - It's "good" - that's the adult version of "yummy" : )
So to sum up the Children's Liquid Advil- my kids seem to prefer the Blue Raspberry flavor- It's only given in an 8 hour period which is really nice when you have sick kids!
