Advil has been around awhile now and even my dr. recommend it BEFORE I start out a day where I know I will be gardening, lugging heavy things or pulling stuff. The tablet style rather than the caplet is much easier to swallow, has a slight sweet coating ( reminds me of the coating on a M+M ) and can slide down your throat with no to slight water. I got a bottle of caplets one time accidently and was surprised how hard they were to swallow. One side effect that I have noticed, for me at least, is when I take it, I need to use the restroom through the day, perhaps it tenderizes ones' kidney while it is dulling the pain. It is not something you should want to take everyday, everyweek, every year. I like the fact that comparing Advil to asprin, you get no stomach burning, comparing it to Tylenol, easier to swallow. I would recommend trying this product and using different aches and pains and a headache to give yourself the comparision.
