I'm in my mid-forties and very active. I find myself bothered by minor muscle aches and pains more than in the past, but by using Advil as both a preventive and pain reliever works great to prevent pain and allow me to be as active as I want. I take a couple before a long hike or hard workout and then again after. If it's a long hike (6 hours or more) I even take a couple in the middle. It keeps my muscles from getting tight and inflamed and allows me to go further without getting achy. Unlike Tylenol, I don't have to worry about overdosing on Advil and damaging my liver. Best of all, I feel Advil makes me younger than I actually am!
(Also works great at preventing or minimizing menstrual cramps when I start taking it a couple days before my period.)
