Slow service, car not what I reserved, deceptive business practices, poor cars, poor customer service

Advantage Rental Cars —
I too was lured by lower prices at Advantage auto rental. When I arrived, it was nothing but hassles and double talk. My 119 dollar reservation was turned into a 328 dollar rental bill. The awful counterperson asked for my credit card, NEVER telling me that he had added on 3 times the charges to my bill, he ran my credit card and then shoved the receipt at me for my signature like nothing was wrong. I said that I only wanted what I had reserved and offered my reservation receipt again. When I complained about all the extra charges, I was told that I was the one who had asked for them. When I said that I didn't ask for those charges, I was argued with, disrespected by the HORRIBLE counter person, and then told that the counter person knows what he's doing and GOD knows what was said by him and that it was correct. This was a 40 minute issue, the manager had to be called over who barely tried to resolve the issue. I was disrespected and treated rudely by the counter person, and fankly. Now i'm very distressed that this man has a receipt with my credit card information on it. I honestly believe that the counterperson was the type of person to steal identities and use my credit card number dishonestly.
