Adobe Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 Full Version for PC — 

I own a photography business and choose to start out with PSE 5.0 instead of the CS2.  The price was the main reason.  Elements is very easy to use and there are tons of tutorials and books out there to teach you new things.  It is a great program for editing!

I hate the photo program that came with my camera...I can't do anything with it. I will have to look into this one. The price is pretty good.
