I have been taking this for about 5 weeks now and have dropped 20 pounds. The first few weeks, I had no desire to eat and couldn't eat after only half a portion or less. Ok... I took the original Phen/Fen about 15 years ago... NOW THAT WORKED! I lost 40 lbs in 3 1/2 - 4 months. So of course it was dangerous for you. So just about 3 months ago, I purchased just the Phentermine... yes Phent "er" mine not Phent "re" mine (they love to mix up the letters to confuse you into buying something different). Anyway, I got it and took it without the Fenflueremine ... it did absolutely NOTHING for me. Didn't help stimulate my metabolism at all. I literally had no effect from it at all. This pill has helped me to drop those lousy five pounds that resurface post-holiday, feasts, etc...I eat very light and every few hours and it is especially important while on this medication. I only required one in the morning, however, if your are taking two, I suggest the last dosage taken no later than 3PM.

It does a great job at supressing your appetite and giving you bounding energy. But the headaches I got were the worst ever!! I could hardly function. If they could take that side effect away it would be the best product on the market. I took it for 3 weeks and lost 9 lbs.

I would most definitely recommend Adipex appetite control pills to anyone who needs and wants to lose weight. I would not recommend Adipex diet pills to an individual who only wants to lose a few pounds. Adipex can be possibly harmful to an individuals health. I believe that if the benefits outweigh the possible risks then it might be a great choice for certain people. I have lost 14 pounds in 6 weeks.  I thought I would lose more, but it turns out nothing can help you with the motivation part.  These pills do give me energy, curb my appetite and make me a complete b@!%&. Just ask my husband!  I still have to workout and consciously watch what I eat, this is not a miracle drug.  I have tried everything from Jenny Craig to Alli.  I have had the most success with this pill.  I just do not like the side effects. First, let me start by saying that I am a 25 year old female who is 5'2 and I had my son in September of 2009. Since giving birth I couldn't seem to lose the pregnancy weight. I must say that this is without a doubt the best diet pill on the market. This is my second time around taking this pill. The first time, I was on the pill for not quite two months and lost 32lbs but then I got pregnant and had to get off the pill. Adipex worked great at controlling my appetite and I lost weight and felt great, but my dark circles were bad from lack of sleep! I couldn't sleep but 3 hours a night while taking adipex. I cut all caffeine products out of my diet and nothing seemed to help!

I bought the over the counter version. I bought it because supposedly it was very strong and it said rapid weight loss. I have 10-15 lbs left to lose after having been to a diet Dr. I am still eating the way he instructed. Exercising 4-6 days a week. I can't seem to make this last bit budge. I did not lose one pound while taking this. I took 2 bottles. I can say there is a guarantee and I am waiting to hear back from the company about how they honor that. Adipex not only helped me lose weight (15lbs in less than a month) but they gave me that get up & go that I needed.  They never made me jittery like some others I have taken, they just gave me motivation to get up & do something.  They also controlled my hunger & when I did eat I seemed to get full off of less food so I didn't eat as much.  WONDERFUL PRODUCT!!
