Adipex is a mixed bag if you ask me. I took it on and off for 3 years. Initially I was looking to curb my appetite and feel more energetic due to a very stressful work schedule that had me working 13-15 hours a day. Initially, this pill makes you feel like you have an abundance of energy and optimism. It curbed my appetite. However, through sharing my experience of taking this drug with many others who also took this drug we all agreed that this pill will amp you up so bad that you are looking for solutions to get to sleep at night (liquoir, sleeping pills etc) even though all of us could only handle taking 1/2 the recommended dose! Then in the morning when you are still lethargic from the remedies you took to get to sleep the night before, Adipex instantly wakes you up and gets you ethusiastically ready for a new day. See the addiction taking form??? After a while these two extremes can really cause health issues. Almost all of the people I knew including myself suffered from irregular racing heart beats in the night, night sweats and more unpleasant side effects. Not worth the potentially serious health issues that surface

when you over work yourself without proper dieting and exercise you will not get the full affect of the drug you are taking. I have been taking adipex for at least 2 months, and there is no side affects. I workout, changed my eating habits, and I feel better than I have felt in years. You have to be consistent with any diet and if your overworking yourself, I think you will have problems. Good luck!

i have been taking this for 4 months.... i have no problems .
i sleep great, have lost 50+ pounds and feel so much better.

I haven't had any of these items happen. I have noticed that i am alot more relaxed... I don't get upset as easily as I use to and nothing seems to bother me or anger me like they would have. No energy boost...though.

i took it for a few weeks, i only needed to loose 10 pounds. I became very depressed and almost suicidal from these pills, plus the weight came right back... Not worth it!

I sometimes wonder if there are any pills that really work well to curb appetite and give energy without making your heart pound and give you restless nights. Thanks for the info on this one!
