I like the adipex because it makes me not so emotional about eating.  I still get hungry and my stomach grumbles.  But Im not anxious like Oh my god....i gotta eat. Its like whatever..ill eat later. And when I do eat im satisfied faster.  I do not like the dry mouth and it does make some foods taste nasty.  Sometimes I feel a little out of body.  One thing I dont like about it is when you get off the pill.  It doesnt help the emotional eating because Im right back again eating.
