Pros

    you can gain the weight back!, Really helps control hunger!

Cons
    you can just work out and stop bein lazy, Causes jitters, dry mouth, May cause agitation and hypertention, Can cause slight indigestion

This is an ad that usually affect mostly women and I think that the public has the world bent on instant gratification. If you want to lose weight the noble thing to do would be to watch what you eat! You can not have honey buns and donuts with bun-buns on the side and wonder why the world should feel sorry for you because you are the size of 3 mamouths and a baby elephant. Being lazy is how you end up gaining weight to begin with....eating and then sitting or sleeping...Thank GOD for Richard Simmons and Sweating To The Oldies.....yall better get with it and stop looking for the easy and quick way out!
