Pros

    Curbs my appetite, Gives me the energy & desire to exercise, Effective, Use with sensible diet and exercise plan

Cons
    Causes jitters, May cause agitation and hypertention

  This product really works, but when you stop taking, you gain back all that you have lost and some extra. It also makes you jittery for the first two weeks. I got headsches on it. I think it makes you lose water weight then real weight. Hope this helps anyone thinking about taking it.
