    Really helps control hunger!, Effective, Use with sensible diet and exercise plan, Curbs my appetite

Cons
    May cause agitation and hypertention, Had trouble focusing at times.

I took Adipex last summer for a few months and was surprised at how well it helped me to not only control my hunger but also those impulses you get to eat or snack when you're not really hungry.  I dropped about 25 lbs in 2 months.  I was quite pleased with it.
