I recieved my degree in Special Education from Adelphi University. In the four years I spent living on campus I couldnt have asked for a better start in my adult life. The dorms are large and common rooms inviting! The sense of community is shared by all who dorm and commute there. The classes I took were not only fun but informative, professors were always there to lend a helping hand. I reccomend Adelphi to everyone and anyone, they have supports for learning disabled students, they have a great sports program to watch and you'll make life long friends. Oh and the food in the Student Activities Center is to die for! They have a panini station, sushi station, philly station, asian cuisine bar, and smoothie bar! That and the Pizza place and deli on campus can't be beat!! On weekends there is always something to do, be it a barbeque, frisbee tournament, or lawn party theres always something for everyone. If your shy you can always just watch, but I didn't stay that long on the sidelines myself. Adelphi was my number one choice for school and I hope its a lot of peoples. GO PANTHERS!!!
