Across the Universe 2007 Review

When I first saw the previews for this movie I couldn't take my eyes off the television and I knew I had to see it! I looked for weeks to see when it came out and finally my day came.

It came to one local theatre and I was there. This movie was so fun and exciting and exhilarating. It was more than I expected and then some. The characters were compelling and the music was PHENOMINAL (being Beetles songs how could it not be)

The individual talent that each character brought into the story was amazing and the singing drew you into them. Individual voices and songs that were beyond perfect for the scenarios they were singing them for.

The lead actor Jude was a great choice for the lead and the friends that came after were perfect and the special character references were fun to get. It was a visual and aural treat.

This movie not only made me feel warm and fuzzy inside but we left the theatre singing for days.

This movie will always be highly recommended by me.
