I use Acne Free Terminator spot gel for very stubborn acne spots. It works great with the least amount of dryness and irritation compared to other acne spot treatments. You can use this on patches of acne vs just a pimple here and there because it has 2% Benzoyl Peroxide and not 10% like some other spot treatments. The 2% is just as effective as the 10%.
