Acer Aspire One Review

My name is Kelly, and I bought this Acer Aspire One laptop for my eleven year old daughter that was entering middle school.  It was cheaper than buying a regular laptop and included everything she needed with the exception of a cd rom drive.  This I picked up for around $40 bucks on ebay. 

This Acer Aspire One notebook does everything that my full size laptop does.  It has 3 usb ports, earphone port, a web cam (wow), wireless capabilities, and so much more.  My husband has said on a number of occasions that if she doesn't want it, he would gladly take it off her hands.  We may be buying another one in the not so near future.  LOL. 

This little laptop also comes complete with Microsoft XP Home Edition, an Intel Atom processor, and 1.6 GHz.  Just perfect for a first computer or a school computer, or even a computer that is only needed for internet purposes.  I know my daughter has really taken advantage of the downloading capabilities as well as other on line tools.  She has also already written many papers for school on it.
