Acer Aspire One Review

I cannot say how much I love my Acer One 10" netbook.  I am going out of town on business next month and would not be able to check my email.  I thought I'd better try to snatch one up since back to school sales are starting soon.  I'm also very pleased that is has Windows XP.  I NEVER EVER want to have to get a PC with Vista!

I also love the fact that it is so small that I can put it in a large purse and carry it around and check email pretty much anywhere.  I have had a Dell laptop before that was atrocious to lug around and the loud fan died pretty quickly.  You don't even realize this PC has a fan!! It also has plenty of ports for USB and headphones. 

The only real gripes i have are the low external volume and lack of CD Rom drive.  I have no clue how i'm going to load my Office 2003 on here.  I'll be darned if i'm going to shell out money to download it direct!  The volume can be easily heard with a good set of headphones. 

I would recommend this to everybody!
