loving this product, not rich, want reliable and easy technology, pc-user, bargain hunter, can't live without a good computer, appreciate quality construction, comfortable with technology

I bought this product "open box" I did not have a manual that comes with it normally. I had no problem finding a replacement from Acer's website.

This system was well thought out and I have not seen the normal misdesigns rampant in the PC market.

If you are looking for a new computer I would say this one should be at the top of your list

The Acer Aspire ASE380 is not a pc I would recommend to anyone! Mine shut itself off after the warranty ran out & will not come back on. No power what so ever! Now they tell me for them to fix it, it would cost me almost $200.00 for them to diagnose it then another $300.00 to fix it for me. I will NOT be buying an Acer product for the rest of my time on this earth. I use to love Acer but I don't know whats happened to the company anymore. :/ This is just my opinion on them tho. xD

I recently bought my "reconditioned" Acer from Buy.com and am very happy with it. I upgraded the memory and that's it. No problems at all with this one and I'd highly recommend it. If you are looking for really high tech, you'll need to upgrade a bit, but for $237.00, I thought it was a great deal.
