Acer Aspire 5735Z Review

In December '08, my refurbished Compaq broke down. I needed to find a replacement FAST, because classes were starting in less than a month, and I'm a girl who relies heavily on her computer. It's safe to say that I spend more time ON the computer than OFF it.

Anyway, I went to Best Buy, Circuit City, Walmart, etc., looking for the best deal for a great computer. I was on a budget - $500 or less. While at Best Buy, I noticed the "Acer" section. My interest was piqued, because I had never heard of an Acer product before. I examined the computers and realized that their prices were cheaper than the other computers'.

So my next step was checking out Acer's website, which is filled with great details. Also, when checking out forums, I noticed that Acer had almost always positive reviews.

The computer I chose - Acer 5735Z - is great for my needs. It uses Windows Vista, which is fine for me, and has great memory. It runs quite quickly and I've enjoyed most of the programs that came downloaded onto the computer (games, media player, etc).

The computer ALWAYS runs well, has never frozen on me, and in spite of the huge amounts of songs and games I've downloaded, still runs quickly and has more space. Definitely a good choice.
