Ace of Cakes TV Show Reviews

I consider myself an above-average cook, but I. DO. NOT. BAKE.  I don't do cookies, cakes, breads, etc.  Still, I've found myself hooked on watching The Food Network lately, and I've recently discovered Ace of Cakes. 

The "Ace of Cakes"  is Duff Goldman and he owns Charm City Cakes in Baltimore, MD.  The show follows Duff and his many employees (bakers, cake artists, etc) as they work each week to create whatever wacky cakes (bulldog, Florence waterfront, pizza, Star Wars helmet, a heart complete with arteries and veins, etc) that customers have ordered that week.  Not only is it interesting...

Ace of Cakes is a great show! They are so creative and good at what they do! I only wish I was half as talented as some of the bakers and decorators on the show! After watching it I always want to go straight to the kitchen and try to make some fantastic cake, knowing it won't be quite the cake they would make! They all seem to have such a good friendship and really get along! They are a great team!

Duff & the crew never cease to amaze me w/the cakes they make every week. They are talented. I wish I had the gift to decorate cakes like they do. My favorite of all time was the library cart. It was simply amazing!
