I live in a high desert climate, which means that we need a hose to water plants a lot, and means that the sun beats down on anything that is outside. It can be hard to find a good hose that doesn't rot quickly in the sun. But I have been very pleased since I started using this Ace Flexogen hose. It is very flexible, making it easy to move around the yard when using it with a sprinkler head. The ends screw onto the faucet, sprinkler heads, and spray nozzles quite tightly, preventing leaking at the points of connection. The hose is also thick enough to allow a good bit of water pressure through, allowing it to spray water far over the yard or garden. The one downside that I have seen with this hose is that it kinks quite easily. If it is lying coiled near the faucet and then stretched out just a little way instead of completely, then it often kinks where it had been sitting in a curved loop. This kinking is severe enough to prevent water flow. But other than this small downside, this has been a great hose, and I would highly recommend it.

This is an upgrade to the hose that we had before. We could not use any attachments with the old hose because the end was busted. We purchased the 100" hose, which is the perfect length for our home. It can reach the backyard and front yard. I just need to figure out how to put the hose into a hose reel. I also need to purchase hose guards (but that's another story). The water pressure of this hose is outstanding. It is heavy duty. You really need to tighten the hose to the water outlet. If you don't tighten it well enough, it will leak. I recommend this hose to anyone who is looking for a hose. I am very satisfied with it.
