Gelaskins are plastic skins you can stick to the back of your laptop and let you personalize your computer. They are easy to use low tack covers that easily slip onto the front of your computer and within a few minutes you lose that generic Apple or Dell appearance and become the most special person in Starbucks. — — I bought three different Gelaskins for the three laptops in my house (and got an extra one for free so I guess now I need to buy another laptop). The choices available at the website are many and varied if a little eclectic. I wish the variety of designs was a bit… read full review »

I got one of these from my pepsi points and LOVE it!  I put my son and daughters pictures on it and keep it on my keyring so when I go to my moms i can put the pics on her computer too.  It holds a good bit too which makes it really nice.  I am actually trying to get another one of these with my pepsi points. … read full review »

i have two of these cards — bought them in august when i built my first gaming computer.  these two cards hooked up in sli mode were kickin, could play every next gen game out to date with very good fps.  i would reccomend these cards to anyone on a budget.  i just recently upgraded to my current card (8800 gts 512mb alphadog edition) and it was a total difference.  new card won even though it cost about double the price of this card — final opinion of these cards is get it :)!! —… read full review »

Back in 2004, I returned to my teaching position at a technical college. Attached to my key ring was a $30 (now available for $10) "Store 'n' Go" USB flash drive. That meant that I could put all of my lectures, supplemental material, exams, class roles, grades, and dozens of other files in one convenient place. The only requirement was that I remember where I put my keys (always a problem!). The one thing I don't like about this portable storage unit is that my early version had a cap over the USB connector, which I lost about a week after I put it to use. I'm always worried about causing… read full review »

Saitek UFO Hub

Saitek UFO Hub

JUN

I was looking for a simple 4 port USB hub for the many cables I needed to hook up.  I looked at a few in the store, but when I saw this one I had to purcase it.  It was too cute and too fun!  It's called a UFO, and that's just what it looks like.  It's a little round spaceship shaped object, with a red dome (it comes in 4 colors).  The ports are around the edges.  What makes it so fun is the little light at the top of the dome.  Once the UFO is plugged in, the little light glows, changing colors!  It's a constant light show as long as it's plugged… read full review »

It’s finally spring… late spring. Springtime brings showers. Late springtime brings thunderstorms. With thunderstorms come power disruptions. I was sitting dumb and happy thinking I won’t have any problems, I have a UPS attached to my PC. — — Wrong! First I saw the lights dim, and then I saw my PC screen go black and hear the PC start to reboot! Not a good thing. Fortunately the worst that happened was that the PC rebooted. It could have been a lot worse with damage to anything from an external hard drive to my LCD monitor, to at worst, the PC itself! I… read full review »

These speakers don't have great bass, but they are ok. These ok speakers are a little bit over priced, but overall, i personally thought that these speakers were worth their price, but my friend truly believes that these speakers are very extremly good, ut i have to disagree with him, because these speakers have low sound quality and low bass. I would use these speakers if I were just chilling in my house or something like that. —… read full review »

What the product is: — This is a 6-Outlet Wall Tap that allows you to plug in more gadgets than you would normally be able to into your two outlets your given in the wall.  That is important, considering I am always short of outlets in nearly every outlet of my home. — — The good: — This wall tap has no cord that can be burnt as it it residing in the kitchen with hot appliances.  It sits directly on top of the original outlet.  It saves me the hassle of unplugging one appliance to plug in another, and worrying if the crock pot is turned on.  Meat… read full review »

I love the Canon printer and their ink cartridges.  The BCI-6 series is just terrific.  The colors don't smear on the paper and they are very intense...just what you would expect to get...no surprises.  It's so easy to install in the printer and clean up is not existent (as compared to other brands I have used)  I highly recommend this Canon series of… read full review »
