I should have listened to the little voice my mom taught me about, "if it's too good to be true, it probably is". This is one of those times though, that I don't feel alone and completely scammed because I didn't listen. After my first attempt at the Acai Berry Cleanse, and Acai Berry Noni, I was done. At least I thought so, until I got another bottle in the mail. I had canceled my automatic shipment within the 14 days. I even got a confirmation of the cancellation. BUT...they went ahead and shipped another bottle while charging my card $79.95 TWICE!! I actually got someone on the...

This company is a scam. On the 8th day after I had ordered the free trial I still had not recieved the Acai berry 500. I called and was on hold 30 minutes and they assured me they sent it. I then told them I didn't have a good feeling about their company and wanted to cancel as I had heard that once you sign up for the free trial you are automatically entered into an auto ship service and they charge your credit card $90.

The girl did not want me to cancel and tried to tell me the special they are running. I had to insist she cancel and not to charge my card. She then gave me a confirmation number...

All of the bad reviews are spot on for the Extreme Acai Berry...I just got off the phone with the company after trying to reach them for a week to cancel.  I finally called my bank to cancel credit card and even they tried calling the three different numbers for the company and they could not get through.  On the last try of the bank before letting me go, they got through.  We sat on hold for 25 minutes.  The person at the company will cancel the order but you will not get the money back.  It is all a scam.  I hope everyone is reporting them.  I am contact the BBB.  This is absolutely ridicoulous....

DO NOT BUY EXTREME ACAI BERRY!  I actually did read the fine print and knew I had 2 weeks to cancel  After trying the product for 1 week, I didn't see it doing anything, so I tried daily for the next week to cancel.  I could never get anyone on the phone so after listening to lame music for hours I called my bank and had to cancel my ATM card and had them block them from ever charging me again.  HUGE HASSLE IS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT. My bank did tell me the phone number on the billing line was 877.859.1109.

I ordered this product, it took 14 days to receive the trial sample which is within the terms of the trial.  I called to cancel several times and the phone number was disconnected.  My credit card was never charged so I thought the Extreme Acai Berry Company was out of business.  2 months later they charged my card and sent me a bottle.  I had already begun a new cleanse so I called to cancel again.  I asked "Charlene" some questions regarding fit factory and the other partner who gets a hidden sale out of Extreme Acai Berry's consumers and "Charlene" must have gotten flustered because...
