“ Its all about Customer Service, Very Very EXTREMELY busy weekend ”
Abt is simple fantasic if you find the right sales person. You can always and I mean always negociate prices there. They got a pretty good selection of everything and the layout of the store is good, but the product layout needs a little help. The product layout is for show, but not for comparison shiping, but the knowledge staff can help there if it is not a weekend day as they get thousands on top of thousands of customer buying things during the entire weekend. Which I guess is a good sign of customer service and sales for them.
Over the past 15 years that I have lived in Chicago I have purchased many electronics and home related items at Abt. The two things that always amaze me is how knowledgeable their sales people are and how responsive their service arm is. The ubiquitous trucks are all over the Chicago area and have been to our house several times for different issues. I trust them completely. They have a culture of service that is obvious in everything they do.
