I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with this company. I ordered a over-the-range microwave on October 5, 2016. They had the best price and it was delivered quickly. A mounting bracket was bad so I called G.E. (the manufacturer) to send a replacement part. G.E. said I had to return it to the store. I called ABT and got right through to a rep. They had UPS at my house the next day to pick up the box. The replacement was sent out the same day that they received the return. What a great company.

We have a lot of mosquitoes around in the summer, and there is always the concern of West Nile Virus. So we like to use mosquito repellents to keep them away. ABT.com is one of the best sources that I have found for these products, and I enjoy getting mosquito repellents from them as well as shopping for other products. Ease of Use The categories and subcategories of products are extremely well marked and very easy to navigate. I have wasted time on other sites simply trying to find the type of product that I wanted, but on this site I found what I was looking for without wasting any extra time. Product Selection ABT.com has a great selection of products for around the house, including appliances, televisions and electronics, fitness equipment, and outdoor products. So we enjoy it as a one-stop destination for a variety of products. However, on the downside, they do not have a large selection on specific types of products. For example, when we looked for patio furniture, they have it available, but they only have a few options. What we found worked out well, but it would have been nice to have a few more choices.

The website is just so cluttered; does not make for a fun experience. I felt crazy trying to make sure I looked at all of my options. I found myself opening anything i wanted to look at in new tabs and having to go back and forth in order to compare - because the site was so overcrowded and unorganized... I was NOT an enjoyable experience at all and unless they improve their online shopping experience, I will not be using them again. They do offer many products that are up to date and information about those products but to be frank, the site just drove me insane. Another thing that made me really crazy: as I'm trying to shop a coupon taking up the entire screen just pops up. Here I am trying to look at something- which isn't easy on this site, considering what a mess it is and POP. I appreciate the opportunity to save money- saving money is the best! But the way they go about it, literally 'in-your-face' approach is just horrible, distracting and honestly, off-putting. If ever I visit this site again, I'd be more apt to look at product specifications and then take that information elsewhere to make my final purchase.

We bought a Whirlpool microwave from abt.com. I love my microwave! I researched what microwave I wanted before I started looking at different sellers websites. Abt.com had it in stock and had different colors to choose from. Free shipping too. I contacted them because my tracking number wouldn't work. It seems I was given the incorrect tracking info. So they gave me the correct number and apologized several times. Their Warranty price is average from what I've seen. The website is very easy to navigate through, type in what you want, the name brand or the model number in the search and it gives you exactly what you're looking for. After I found what I was looking for I browsed the website for a while and found a deep fryer that I've been wanting. So come Christmas time I can just tell my husband to go to abt.com and get pity for me! Overall a great experience with abt.com. Will definitely be buying from them again.

Abt.com is a good place to shop online for appliances. Their products are reasonably priced, depending on which name brand you chose to purchase. Almost all the time the appliances are in stock and not on back order like some websites I have shopped at before. There are many product name variety to chose from, Delivery of their products is timely and done in a professional manner. If you have any questions regarding your shopping experience, the customer service department is wonderful and can not be beat on any other website I have shopped previously. If you are promised that your product you have purchased will be delivered in five days, it will be there within a timely manner. You will not have to wait weeks for your product to arrive. Every product I have ordered has never been damaged in any way. I recommend this website to anyone that is looking for convenience.

Whenever we need an appliance, especially a large one, we always go to Abt. Their prices are the most competitive out there and that includes shipping which is sometimes free. I have talked to their Customer Service when needing help finding something and they are not only knowledgeable, but spend the time needed to help you out without making you feel like you are bothering them. They have a lot of different brands available for all major appliances and you cannot beat the savings. Their delivery staff is great as well and treat you as a valued customer. In the last few years we have purchased our washer, dryer and stove from them. We purchased the washer first and use a HE front loader. We also have limited room so need to be careful which one we get. Once we found one that would work for us and purchased it, about a year later the dryer went out. After spending a lot of time online searching for the matching dryer and not being able to find it, I called Abt. They put me in touch with a salesman in that dept., he looked over the specs of our current washer and found the right dryer for me. He then gave it to me at a discount with free delivery since I had purchased the washer for them. Even without the extra savings I would still go to Abt for their service as it cannot be beat!
