I love cranberries and buy them when they are in season. Other times I will buy the boxes of dried cranberries. I am not keen on drinking cranberry juice. When I saw that AZO have a cranberry supplement I thought it worth a try. There are 100 softgels in the bottle. You have to take the seal off the bottle, and then remove the second seal on the bottle under the cap. The softgels look like chocolate covered peanuts. They are completely smooth. It is suggested that you take 2 a day with water. I have been taking one as I do not have a urinary tract infection, but feel that this is a preventative measure. They have the equivalent of 25,000 mg of cranberry as well as Vitamin C. This is such as easy way of getting my cranberries all year around, and a softgel is only 5 calories. Effectiveness No urinary tract problems since taking them. Ease of Use Just swallow with water. Immediacy I assume they dissolve quickly.
