AT&T —

I once had AT&T as my regular long distance carrier. They messed up on my bill so frequently that I switched and never looked back. Thus, when looking for a cell phone service provider, I went with Cingular. Much to my dismay, they soon became AT&T. What a mess! My bill has been wrong (of course in AT&T's favor) ever since. In December, I changed my contract to a family plan so that my son could also have a cell phone. The next month I got billed for the family plan and a separate plan for my son. I called, waited on hold, and about an hour later got my issue resolved--or so I thought. The next bill, I had indeed been charged only for the family plan, but this time they had added unlimited texting for $30 extra a month. (We were supposed to have 200 texts that we shared). I called again, the $30 was changed to the $5 charge I was guaranteed, but the AT&T representative said I will have to choose whether I get those texts on my phone or whether my son gets them on his as only the unlimited texts can be shared. Some family plan. As soon as my contract is up I am ditching this crappy company again and returning to my old friend and cell phone carrier of many years before this--Sprint. I thought I didn't like Sprint because of the number of dropped calls I had, but at least my bill was correct every month!!!! I HATE AT&T!!!!!!!!!
