I was looking for a cell phone carrier that would provide me with many options within a certain budget.  Cingular did that for me when I went into the carrier's store.  The customer service was friendly and not pushy at all.  They provided me with all of my options and allowed me to choose something that met my busy schedule and has provided me with great service since.  I have had to adjust my plan and they have offered me flexible options at a very affordable price.  This is a very practical carrier that offers a lot of great options for everyone.
