I was with AT & T before they became Cingular...and then went back to AT&T. The first AT&T was HORRIBLE! The website with calling areas was inaccurate, and the customer service representatives I spoke with were anything but helpful. Cingular was wonderful, and I was leery when I was once again with AT&T. So far, though, I have been happy with the service.
