Employees lack knowledge of products., Employees lack knowledge re: services., Billing errors not easily corrected., Overcharges every month., Poor customer service., Poor reception., Over billing.

Poor service and even worse customer service. I do not have dropped calls. Rather, I get "Cail Failed. Try Again". I hae spoken to many Cingular customers who have the same problem. Also, read your bill carefully and make sure that you are not over charged.
