AT&T Review

I was leary of buying a $399 phone that I couldn't insure. I was even more leery when I wasn't allowed to open the phone inside the store. But now I see that AT&T and Mac knew what they were doing. By forcing me to open this at home, I sat down at the computer and set it up with out too many questions. THe service is easy and the the plans include unlimited internet, which is good, because I have no idea how much I use that. It's a lot more than I would have expected, though.
I got to keep my regular plan and by the time I dropped my insurance and current media package, my bill was only $4 more. I was very pleasantly surprised!

But watch your first few bills. It took them a couple months to actually get rid of my old media package. Customer Service was helpful and reimbursed me immediately. (I checked my bill online)
