The commercials talk fewer dropped calls than any other company, but I have atleast 3-4 dropped call every day. I work in the middle of the downtowm area and that should be where the service is the best. It is really annoying. The good part is I have never had my bill to be wrong or had any other problems with my service. The rollover minutes are great!!!
