AT&T —
Cingular/AT&T is definatly the best service provider. They have great deals, and are not too pricey. Also, for a good gift this year, if you have a child who is dying for a cellphone, you mjight buy them a Cingular: Pay as You Go, Phone. I started with one of them when i couldnt afford a real one, and it worked almost the same as having a plan, and i had free mobile to mobile.
