AT&T —

At&t lied to my hubby and I. They talked us into upgrading to a new phone. We askde up front if we can get out of the contract if we moved overseas (hubby is military) they said yeah it would not be a problem. Well now they are telling me we have to pay a fee to break the contract. I would never have upgraded my phone and just kept the old one. Not only that but this new "better" phone drops calls all the time. I wish cingular was back. At&t has just brought bad news to cingular.

Hi fivejrsse,
I completely agree with you. I wish Cingular would not have sold out to AT&T. I have been a cingular customer for over 10 years, yesterday
ATT gave me a courtesy call to notify me BOTH of my phones would be
shut off for non-payment ! I have NEVER had a phone shut off. Had to get a supervisior to give me a fax number to show proof of payment.
ATT has terrible services. I will be reading other reviews on Cell and Home phone companies to choose a new provider.
