Greatest coverage area I've seen.
appreciative of good service, expecting good, fair service, value conscious, on a friends and family plan, not duct taped to my cell phone, usually just making or receiving a call

AT&T/Cingular has great overall coverage of the country and some of the world. However, coverage in my rural area is spotty.
Having service when going on vacation is a big plus. I like that I can use my cell phone and don't get charged roaming fees when out of my local area.
The rollover minutes allows me to save my minutes to use at times when I want to call a lot of people in one month like December for giving Christmas wishes. Mobile to mobile minutes allows me to talk with family members also on AT&T/Cingular for free.
