AT&T —

ATT (Cingular) what a joke on dropped calls, happens 8 out of 10 calls. They change their service plans but unless you go online or call everday you don't know about it. Rollover minutes are nice unless you don't keep your plan then they are wasted. I had to go to a cheaper plan to use rollover minutes or loose them, then change back to higher plan to build it up again. If you have a billing error, you have to know the day, time and amount or they won't fix it, a real pain if there is more than one mistake. Plus the last time I call it took 15 minutes for her to find the error and then 10 minutes to fix, 25 minutes on the phone.
