Sick of renewing just because I need a better phone!
cost-conscious
Pros
Itemized billing, Text message package, rollover minutes, cingular to cingular is free, Best service in the area, has family plans
Cons
dropped calls, not many cell phones to choose from, Billing errors not easily corrected., New customers get lower price., calls break up easily, no promotions for old customers, 24 month contract required., not enough cell towers in my area, customer service issues, AT&T fights against net neutrality, overpriced prepaid service, Prices are too high., Many Dead Areas, have to really dig to get correct info.

AT&T —
Maybe it's the best of what's out there, but Cingular/ATT has us over the barrell and I don't appreciate it. Our phone service is spotty, and the free phones are free for a reason. I'm ready for a service that will give me a good price on a phone anytime, even if it isn't time to renew, or let me use any phone I choose to buy somewhere else. And what about those miscelaneous charges that keep popping up on my bill if I don't call to complain?
