    Friendly Customer Service, reasonable pricing, The reps are pleasant to talk to, no hassle, The Camara, Billing errors correct with ease., reliable, convenient, fun to use, many phone features to choose from, roll over minutes, Good coverage, buy features directly from your phone, cool features, kept same number, decent rates, some good service, easy to use, not many dropped calls, awesome agents, portable, Text message package, family plan is fantastic, not too many dropped calls, cingular to cingular calls are free, good value, rollover minutes, contract will end, great coverage area, great connections, clear, good nationwide coverage, free weekends, cingular to cingular is free, good media packages, service in many places, great customer service, has rollover minutes, Itemized billing, Reasonable, signal ok, like the rollover minutes, Customer service good on phone, no roaming fees, nights and weekends free, Work hard to satisfy customers, Not many drpped calls, Best service in the area, no issues with customer service, coverage is great in the NW, USA, Text packages, has family plans

AT&T — 

We have had cell phones for many years and live in a rural area and FINALLY found a cell phone we actually could receive a signal at our home with and we had tried all of the others - even those who advertise they go EVERYWHERE - false!  We were sold on Cingular when my dad and brother were putting in a new furnace and C/A unit in my basement and their phones kept going off every 10 minutes with wives wanting to know if they were done yet!!!  We looked at each other and decided then that if they had a signal that good that in the back of the house, in the basement, in the mud room/furnace room, they could get those phone calls every 10 minutes without fail, this was the cellular company for us and so far we have not been disappointed.  It is rare that we do not have a signal, and if we don't, it is so brief, we almost don't realize it.  This is AWESOME!
