AT&T has the packages I like, and rollover minutes.  However, customer service is very incosistent.  This week, so far, I have received multiple copies (8) of my bill online.  It took several calls before a CSR finally told me that this is a nationwide problem for them this week, and they are working on it to get the problem resolved.  It is more of an annoyance, but I do wonder if someone "hacked" their system and how safe my information is.  I had called at least 3 times previously, and was advised twice that my "case" had been resolved and closed, no further explanation, and once that the online bill was probably in the queue when the problem was resolved and that if another one popped up I should then call back, otherwise not to worry about it.  If this was a nationwide problem, surely they knew about it before Friday, which is when I was told that it was nationwide.  I had called Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and was just told that it would be looked into and that I would receive a text message when the problem was resolved.  This has been my experience the whole time I have been with them as a cellular customer (at least 5 years now).  Some CSRs know what they are doing, and others sound like they are trying but do not really do much.Unfortunately, they have the best packages and pricing for the way we use our cell phones, so we are sticking with them, at least for now.
