AT&T (formerly Cingular) Review

I have been with Cingular/At&T for about 7 yrs I guess. I use to love my phone and the service. Now that they merged or switched to At&t I am getting alot of "Network Failures" that is what my phone says when it drops my call. (I guess the commercial is still true... fewest dropped calls. cuzz they are all Network Failures) 
The customer service people on the phone are not very nice and I feel that they all hate there job, or at least they hate that I called and bothered them.
I do love the roll over minutes, and because of that and the fact that most everyone that I talk to use At&t I am going to stay with them. Mobile to Mobile is nice as well.
