    many phone features to choose from, Billing errors correct with ease., rollover minutes, cingular to cingular is free, has rollover minutes, has family plans

I have 3 lines of service with AT&T and 2 of them or out of contract. I have looked around and in my area have not found anyone who can match the deal that I have with them. I will be renewing my contracts on those 2 phones very shortly. On my 3rd phone had to recently do an insurance claim and the memory card for the replacement phone is different than the old phone and when I called customer service they gave me a credit on my account towards a replacement memory card. The one thing I don't care for is the long wait that I sometimes have to go through, but that is with most companies.
