Call them Cingular or AT&T whatever you want to call them but a good company. They are the worst. I know first hand from being a former customer as a well as employee. THEY SUCK!. They are money hungry pigs that use "Ma Bell" to get what they want. I liked the roll over minutes until I realized that if you change your plan, you lose YOUR minutes AND the minutes roll off after 1 year. How much does that suck? You sucker people in then you treat them any kind of way. It's like "we got your money, now screw you". you have to fight tooth and nail to prove that they are wrong and then you MAY or many not get the situation resolved. They offer the hottest new phones (iPhone) and they will not insure it for 1-2 years. So if the phone breaks, you are out of luck. Hope you have another $500 just laying around. If you have not got the point by now, Cingular/ AT&T SUCKS!
