We switched from T-Mobile to AT&T last in October of 2006. Originally we did it because we wanted new phones for free and T-Mobile did not have their free upgrade plan in place at that time. What a mistake! Apparently the area we live in is in a bad reception area and there is nothing we can do about it. AT&T gives us the run around and says we should have full service whenever we call to complain and they have never offered to replace the lost minutes.  We never had any trouble making or recieving calls with T-Mobile.  We are stuck with their plan for another 8 months and the only way to get out of it is to pay $175 per phone in early termination fees. I can't wait until I can cancel my contract!  I have also found that for the same plan that AT&T is also more expensive than our last plan.

I_thumb_down AT&T (formerly Cingular) is not recommended by junglewoman
