Since switching over to ATT U-VERSE, after using att DSL, I've had nothing but agravation with the lousy tech service and bs from ATT.

  1. Originally with Bellsouth.net, never had a problem login on to e-mail. Now I have to log on through 2 different servers to get to crappy Yahoo mail that I do not care for.

  2. Had to have tech people come out every day for 2 weeks cause internet and digital TV kept crashing. I lost a lot of time from work waiting on these Bozos.

  3. Bundle my ash ... When I tried to get all of my ATT services, TV, phone, cell phone and wireless internet bundled on one bill they said it was impossible cause they were not set up to do that yet. Thus I get 3 different bills and the bundle savings are non-existent.

  4. When I called to complain all they did was change my land line ATT phone contract and added more crap that I never use.

This is the biggest rip off phone company I've ever dealt with since ATT took over.

I've only been a Bellsouth customer since 1957 but what do I know.? My rotary dial phone is the only good product to come out of these idiots. But again, it was made by Western Electric.----- Edison must be rolling in his grave.
