I signed up for the sports package so I could watch my Penguins play in the playoffs. We had some trouble with the game being blacked out in our area but we live in California so I called AT&T. They were very helpful and finally determined that the problem was the channel not allowing the game to be seen as they wanted to push people to purchase the NHL package to see the game. The service representative told us that this should not be a problem for the next game but that they would call (two days later) to make sure we got the game. Sure enough they did call shortly after the start of the game to verify that we had the signal. They also offered to not only give a refund for the package but a credit for the troubles that were caused by the channel airing the games. I have had the best experiences with AT&T cable and would suggest them to anyone after all the issues I have had trying to get customer service from other cable companies.
