AT&T - UVerse Service Review

I read the reviews.  I spoke with my friends that had horror stories with the installation process with ATT Uverse.  So, after much trepidation, I switched from Dish Network to ATT Uverse.  I am thrilled to report that the installation went smoothly.    I did have to call Tech support to setup up my WiFi, and honestly, my problem was mainly due to user error.  The tech support person was wonderful and even helped me setup my email account to Microsoft Outlook.  The picture is much clear, and as pathetic as it sounds, the ability to record four shows at the same time is fabulous.  Do you remember the days when we actually had to use a VCR to record a show?  EEK!
