I had this company for years and I would have a tech at my house every other month. Once I moved to a community that's has free internet I canceled that service.

AT&T U-verse has become a terrible cable service provider. All of my cable boxes take multiple button inputs on the remote to have any effect (all batteries replaced). This makes trying to enter a channel or forward/reverse a recording a challenge to say the least. The digital channels freeze up for a few seconds every day at all times. Sometimes it takes changing the channel and going back to get the image unfroze. The latest and greatest feature of U-Verse is that the local CBS, NBC, and CW channels have been pulled from distribution by Nexstar. Not AT&T's fault directly, but once I called to inquire about the situation, customer (lack of) service said that they "generally" credit an account for the inconvenience. What would happen to all of the customers who don't inquire about their service? AT&T will gladly accept your full payments. I shouldn't have to reach out to the provider when the service has been degraded. No more U-verse in our house. I will switch over completely to a streaming provider that I have had no problems with.

I haven't had an issue with at&t uverse service UNTIL they bought Direct tv and want us to switch to the dish and I don't want to. Sometimes our cable goes wonky but for the most part it is pretty good!

get comcast it may cost more but you get 3 times as much stuff as soon as my contract is up i will be getting rid of AT&T I wouldn't recommend it to any one they don't have that much on demand our internet and tv stop working at least once a day the internet is slow dont waste your money

Att have the worst internet service then anyone else around. They charge outrageous prices for the bare minimum internet speed. Compared to xfinity att internet is the turtle and Xfinity is the hare. Lol if you get what I am saying. I will never get the internet service again.

This was awful from day one. Our installation was a nightmare it took 8 hours and the installer was not prepared with the right tools. The internet was always down and the tv service was not clear. We never received the correct monthly promotions they offered us for signing up. We canceled within 3 months
