AT&T - UVerse Service Review

Phone hasn't worked in over a week.  DVR in living room won't pause or record TV.  DVR in bedroom doesn't work at all.  Sat at home today all day waiting for repair guy after numerous calls all week before they would schedule repair.  Repair guy never showed.  AT&T customer support won't answer telephone because they say their offices are now closed......

Go comcast.  I'm sure I'll be back there soon.
