AT&T - UVerse Service —

For the first three months, I got an extra $100-150 per month in hidden fees for install, admin fees, etc. Also, the sat. TV kept on loosing signal, even after two tech visits, and part replacement. after about 5 months of sorting things out, service is very good. Still never got the rebates they told me I would get for setting up a package deal. (sat TV, cell, Land Line, long distance, & DSL.

I have satelite phone and DSL and we haven't had any trouble with it at all. We did get the rebates we were told about and the first few bills were reasonable, not outrageous like yours. We have never had problems with the dish going out except when we've had a lot of wet snow. We're able to brush ours off since its stationed where we can reach it.I am very happy with our service.
