Pros

    Wireless internet gateway, Lots of channels, Internet access faster than previous DSL

Cons
    channels in odd orders, More frequent pixilation problems, Different set of problems vs cable, Higher Total cost, HBO/Cinemax only available in top tier, Installation slow to get arranged

AT&T - UVerse Service — 

I thought wow i can finally escape the Comcast beast, only to get even worse service at a higher price. HD is complete trash. Customer service likewise a waste of time. I actually had a rep in miami a Ms. Hernandez suggest i switch back to comcast as the service in Florida was not good. Thats from an employee !!!!!!
Really i'm no fan of comcast but the picture quality for the price is without compare
