Phone company reliability, Solid, clear connections, No down time so far, Can fax through it, Excellent customer service

Over the years, I have been a customer of several VOIP companies. For the most part, in my humble opinion, VOIP had let me down. It did not even come close to a regular wired connection. The last straw was when a VOIP provider that I was using went out of business. At that point, I searched for a reliable company that wouldn't go out of business tomorrow morning.

Hmm, AT&T, they are going to be there for the long haul. The rest is history. I am delighted with their service. I get wired reliability from them. I can even reliably send faxes from my AT&T VOIP, which I couldn't do with another VOIP provider even with one of their so called dedicated fax lines.

To sum things up AT&T Callvantage= old fashioned reliable "bell system" quality.
